Corporate Elite Group Security & Investigation Services, Inc. [CEG] is a service provider in the field of security and investigation services. The group of visionary managers and investors saw the need to upgrade the level of performance in the security services field, especially in the areas of security guard services and executive protection services. This has been achieved by adopting the western style of management and incorporating it with dedicated and determined Filipino professionalism.
LICENSE & REGISTRATION
CEG is fully licensed and a registered security and investigation agency, providing security services to persons, associations, corporations, partnerships, and other entities, strengthened by well-disciplined and fully equipped security personnel. They are trained in accordance with the provisions of RA 5487 otherwise known as “Private Security Agency Law” and to the standards required by the Philippine National Police Security Agency and Guards Supervision Division (PNP-SAGSD).

Who We Are
GEN. JOVITO A. GUTIERREZ, JR (RET) CSP, CST, CSMS
Chief Executive Officer
Gen. Gutierrez is a holder of a Masteral Degree in Science of Criminology Major in Law Enforcement and a Licensed Security Consultant. He brings into the company more than thirty-five years of security-related services. During his years in the police force, he served as commander of elite units such as the Special Weapons and Tactics and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal. He has led numerous live high-risk operations in his entire career as a Police Officer. For almost six years, he was the Chief of Police of Makati, the business capital of the Philippines, and was the Deputy District Director for Operations of the Southern Police District, a position he proficiently handled, until his retirement from the police service.
Gen. Gutierrez is a Certified Security Trainer, a Certified Security Management Specialist, a Certified Security Professional, and one of the Directors of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security. He is an active member and has been the Chapter Chairman of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators [IABTI].
POLICE CHIEF INSPECTOR RUSTICO B. BASCO (RET), CSP
President & General Manager
PCI Basco is a holder of a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting and is a Master of Science in Criminology Major in Law Enforcement Management graduate. He is civil service eligible and passed the Career Service Professional Exam. He is a licensed Security Officer and a Certified Security Professional.
PCI Basco is a retired police major who rose from the ranks, with broad experience in police intelligence and budget and finance. He has served for more than thirty (30) years and has received various medals/awards and letters of commendations. He has undergone specialized training on various security courses to include, but not limited to, Executive Protection Course and Anti-Terrorism.
JOSEPH M. GUTIERREZ, CSP, CST, CMPP, CSMS
Executive Vice President
Mr. Gutierrez is a Bachelor of Science in Criminology graduate, a Licensed Security Consultant, a Lifetime Member of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security, a Lifetime Certified Security Professional, a Certified Security Trainer, a Certified Security Management Specialist and one of the first batch of Certified Mall Protection Professional.
He is also a Range Safety Officer and Gun Safety Instructor, certified and accredited by the Philippine National Police Firearms and Explosives Office (PNP-FEO).
He carries into the position his more than twenty years experience in the field of Industrial Security Management, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Critical Security Information, Guard Force Administration, Emergency Planning, Executive Protection, Bomb Incident Countermeasures, Firearms Proficiency, Basic Hotel Protection, and Personnel Management.
He has managed and operated security agencies catering to clientele engaged in businesses dealing in hotels, residential, banks, commercial, and industrial establishments; he has managed and led personnel in providing security for special events attended by thousands of participants; and has managed, trained and supervised close protection agents who are assigned to protect top executives, politicians, and local and international celebrities.
INSP RICARDO B. REYES (RET), CSP, CST
Operations and Training Consultant
Insp. Reyes is a retired Police Lieutenant, a licensed Security Officer, a Certified Security Trainer, and a Certified Security Professional. He has served for more than thirty (30) years in the Police and Military Service and specializes in high threat operations and held vital positions such as the Chief of the Special Operations Group and Chief of SWAT/EOD of Makati. He has received numerous medals/awards and letters of commendations during his tenure in the Police and Military service. He has attended numerous training here and abroad to include, but not limited to, Basic Explosive Incident Counter Measures, Advance Improvised Explosive Devices and Terrorist Activities, Protective Security Operations, Anti-Terrorism Operations, and Narcotics Investigation.
SR INSP TOMAS H. CHU (RET), CSP
Operations Officer & Chief Investigator
PSI Tom Chu is a Registered Criminologist. A Retired Police Officer who rose from the ranks, he has broad experience in Criminal Investigation. He has served the Police Force for more than Thirty (30) years and received numerous medals/awards/commendations from Military/Police and Private Organizations. He has held vital positions and assignments during his service in the PNP such as chief of different Police Community Precincts (PCP), Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Intelligence and Investigation Unit, Theft and Robbery, and Homicide Division. He is a licensed Security Officer and a Certified Security Professional. He brings to the company numerous training and experience in investigation, executive protection, anti-terrorism, narcotics investigation, special operations, fraudulent document examination, firearms proficiency, and bomb identification, to name a few.
